Do Your Hot Water Pressure Washers Have Phosphatizing Abilities?

SUPER MAX 12880 AF Super-Powerful, Phosphatizing 3000 PSI Pressure Washers
Hot water pressure washers are very effective cleaning machines. They are often used in many commercial and industrial areas for cleaning grease and debris that cold water machines cannot handle. Daimer® understands that effective cleaning is essential for keeping an area clean, safe, and hygienic. However, Daimer® also understands that many industrial operators face challenging applications beyond the scope of merely removing grease and debris. This is why a number of their hot water pressure washers come with extra features. The Super Max™ AF pressure washer series is specifically designed with phosphatizing abilities. This makes them especially useful in industrial areas and does away with the need to invest in separate phosphatizing systems.

This line of hot water pressure washers allows users to effectively clear most metal surfaces of sediments like corrosion, rust, and old paint. It is an ideal way for preparing them for powder coating applications or primer applications. Systems such as the Super Max™ 12880AF feature a stainless steel dual lance wand, including one trigger gun and two side by side tubes. One is a high pressure nozzle and the other is a low pressure nozzle. Two-gun operation is also available.

These hot water pressure washers feature pressure levels of 1000 psi, flow rates of 2 GPM, and temperature levels up to 180°F.
